Services and Fees

I currently provide telehealth services in Oregon and in-person intensive exposure sessions in the Portland area. Initial evaluations and individual therapy appointments are $250 and last about 53-60 minutes. I also can provide limited sliding scale fee options with session prices as low as $200.

I do not directly bill insurance and am an out-of-network provider. For clients wanting to use their health insurance, I can provide a superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement depending on the insurance plan. Feel free to ask about this in the free initial phone consultation.

It is important to note, that like all health services, the full session fee would be responsibility of the client.

For all clients interested in working with me I provide a free 20-minute consultation via phone. During this consultation I will work with you to figure out if what I provide is the right match for you. It is important to me we carefully make sure this is a good match for you. In the case that it is not a match, I will gladly provide advice about therapies to pursue and will help provide referrals. I may also offer to provide therapy to you for more urgent situations, until you find the right match.

The therapy I provide is shown to be effective and originally designed to be short-term. Usually episodes of treatment range from 20- 40 weekly sessions and can go longer for more severe and complex cases. Intensive, multi-hour exposure sessions in the community typically are much fewer in number, targeted, and blended with single hour weekly sessions. Clients who engage in this blend of treatment may achieve results more efficiently. For greater levels of severity, intensive exposure sessions may be strongly recommended, but are optional. This may vary given the presenting problem and individual need. Overall, my goal is to help you no longer need therapy, but to always feel welcome to return if you need additional help.
